How we work
The person who gives you the price is the owner.
With many remodelers, a salesperson visits, gives a number, and you never see them again. At TrueSquare, Serhii comes to your home himself. He measures, listens to what you want, and writes your price.
Our crew does the remodeling work. Serhii stays your one contact from the first visit to the final walk-through. One contract, one price, one warranty.
The price in your agreement is the price you pay. It only changes if you choose an upgrade or we find hidden damage, and you see that change in writing and approve it first.
